About ApplyList
ApplyList is a focused tool for students and researchers navigating graduate admissions and research positions — especially those juggling dozens of emails, labs, and deadlines.
Why we built it
Spreadsheets break down once follow-ups, statuses, and deadlines pile up. ApplyList keeps personal outreach (Professors and Positions) free and simple, then layers optional paid tools — a supervisor catalog mirrored from public university directories, and an AI assistant for careful email drafts.
The product is bilingual (English and فارسی), works well for applicants in Iran and abroad, and is designed so features degrade gracefully when email, payments, or AI are not configured on a given server.
What we stand for
- Your tracking data belongs to you — we do not sell contact lists.
- Catalog entries come from public university pages, carry source links, and can be removed on request without creating an account.
- The assistant must not invent a student's background; gaps stay as clear placeholders.
